We only share personal information when necessary to deliver our services. For example, we may share your data with:

We do not sell or trade your personal data. Any third parties we work with must also comply with data protection laws.

Some of the services we use (such as Squarespace or mailing platforms) may store your information outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, in line with UK GDPR requirements.

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling based on your personal data.

How long we keep information

We keep your personal information for as long as it’s needed – to fulfil your order, meet legal or accounting requirements, or to provide ongoing customer service and updates (if signed up for them).

In general:

  • Order and purchase data is kept for 6 years to comply with tax and accounting laws

  • Mailing list and marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove your details

  • If you contact us but don’t place an order, we’ll keep your info for no more than 12 months, unless you’ve asked to stay in touch

We regularly review the data we hold and securely delete anything we no longer need.
