Returns

Reg&Bob hope you absolutely love everything you purchase. 

If you aren't completely happy, please return the item(s) unused and in the same condition that you received it and with all the original packaging. 

Please ensure the item(s) are returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Please contact us in advance so we know to expect the item(s) and include your name, order number and contact details in the package.

Please note you are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item, which will not be refunded.  We cannot accept any liability for goods sent to us that do not arrive, so we recommend a trackable method of return.

 Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
