1. Business Details
Reg&Bob is a UK-based brand with its own range of collars, leads and harnesses – all made using Reg&Bob’s bespoke, hard-wearing striped webbing.
2. Ordering
Placing an order counts as an offer to buy. An email will confirm when the order is accepted. If an item isn’t available, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Prices are in GBP. Any updates to pricing will show on the site. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
3. Payment
Secure online payments accepted via major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout.
Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
4. Shipping
Shipping is available across the UK and to selected international destinations. Costs and options are displayed at checkout.
Once dispatched, delivery times are out of direct control. That said, help will be offered if issues crop up in transit.
International customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes in their own country.
5. Product Information
Descriptions, images and sizing guides aim to be accurate. Small variations (e.g. in colour) can happen.
The products are built to last, but longevity depends on how they are used. Care instructions are provided – following them helps things stay in good condition.
Product images, colours and dimensions are provided as a guide and may vary slightly from the finished product.
6. Product Safety & Wear
Reg&Bob products are designed for everyday use, but like all dog-walking equipment, they will naturally show signs of wear over time.
For your dog’s safety, please check your collar, harness, lead or other walking equipment regularly and always before use, for signs of wear, damage or deterioration. Pay particular attention to stitching, webbing, clips, D-rings and other fittings.
If you notice any significant wear or damage, discontinue use immediately. If you believe the product may be faulty or defective, please contact us before disposing of or replacing it, so we can advise you.
The lifespan of a product will depend on factors including frequency of use, the size and strength of your dog, and how and where the product is used. Chewing, excessive pulling, abrasion, incorrect fitting or sizing, and exposure to substances or conditions that may damage the materials can also affect product life.
Products should only be used for their intended purpose and fitted and used in accordance with the relevant product and sizing guidance.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or defective products.
7. Returns
Returns are covered fully here.
There’s a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. Items should be returned unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging.
If something’s not right, get in touch – it’ll be sorted quickly.

8. Website Use
The site is for lawful use only. Any misuse, copying or interference may result in access being blocked.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, product names, designs and images are the property of Reg&Bob and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No unauthorised use permitted.
10. Third-Party Links
External links may appear on the site. Reg&Bob isn’t responsible for external content or how those sites handle data.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to this, Reg&Bob will not be liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for losses arising from use of a product other than for its intended purpose or in accordance with the relevant product guidance.
We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or failure to follow product care, fitting or safety instructions.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, defective or unsafe products.

Terms may change from time to time. The most recent version will always be published here.
13. Legal
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
