Reg and Bob may be London dogs but we're not short of places for them to indulge in their love of wet, muddy walks - just a stone's throw from our door. But whether you live in the city or the country - walking your dog often involves a challenging post walk clean-up.
Here at Reg&Bob we’re all about dogs being dogs - and nothing will stop our founders from tramping through every muddy puddle, indulging in impromptu swims and not forgetting the fox poo rolls. Most walks are an opportunity to cause muddy mayhem but there’s no way I’d discourage it - whether you have terriers or labradors, most dogs just want to be dogs.
But the clean up can be a challenge - London living comes with a few compromises - no side entrance, or boot room or easily accessible outside hose. So I have to be smart with the clean up.

So here’s how I do it…….
So first of all, Reg and Bob lie on a SoggyDoggy travel/crate mat in the car boot. Like all SoggyDoggy products they are made from super absorbent and very durable microfibre chenille noodles. The mats are super soft and cosy but most importantly they starting the drying process.
The padded inner makes it super comfy to sit on - perfect for long journeys. A quick shake removes the dried dirt. It’s machine washable too
On a good day - it may be that the crate mat does all the work and after a quick brush they boys are good to go. That’s a very good day indeed!

For muddier days it’s a quick scoot through the house to the back and an (unfortunately cold) hose down of their undercarriage. Norfolk terriers are low to the ground and although they hide it well - they end up bringing half the Common back with them.
But if Reg has rolled in something too awful to bear, then it’s upstairs to the bathroom for a full immersion and shampoo.
